phoenix-5.0.0-SNAPSHOT-server.jar was placed in hbase lib dir,
phoenix-5.0.0-SNAPSHOT-client.jar was used on the client-side (hadoop jar
phoenix-5.0.0-SNAPSHOT-client.jar org.apache.phoenix.mapreduce.CsvBulkLoadTool
...).
