Thanks for bringing that one up Sergey. Looking at the patch it looks like its adding a new construst UNION within Phoenix's SQL support. Typically for patch releases we go for bug fixes and minor new features that don't restrict which side (client/server) we should be upgrading first. This is needed to ensure we respect the backward compatibility contract that Phoenix complies with. So I am afraid this will have to go on 4.4.
