[~jamestaylor] Get it. StringBased*Function are added at the same time with 
ByteBased*Function, and this patch is to move them behind ByteBased*.

I don't know What is b/w compat issue. Could you please give me some links to 
explain about it? And I want to know why the order of items in enum type will 
effect the performance.
