Fix test to specific CURRENT_SCN for all connections. [~ramkrishna] - if you
add tests to a test derived from BaseClientManagedTimeIT, this is a
requirement. Also, please specify the fixVersion as the upcoming release(s),
not releases that have already occurred.
I've committed this to master. Would you mind cherry-picking it over to the 4.x
and 4.4 branches?
