Actually discovered from PHOENIX-2162, using 'connection.createArrayOf' for
UNSIGNED_SMALLINT results in a stack trace, no matter if a Short[] or short[]
is passed in (it seems to convert to primitives no matter what).
Reproducible test case is attached
