I'm skeptical. It's hard to do de-correlation, and even harder if you haven't
done semantic analysis on the sound basis of having implemented LATERAL.
Calcite's semantic analyzer and de-correlation are more advanced than
Phoenix's, yet with CALCITE-816 I'm finding and fixing big holes in Calcite's
support for sub-queries and de-correlation.
