Some test cases still fail to pass.
Some testcases which I comment out, need to implement. They are(see boolean
switch in the end of SqlOperatorBaseTest):
1. TODO_CASE_RELATED_TEST_FINISHED. (Case and Case/Where)
2. TODO_ARRAY_VALUE_CONSTRUCTOR_TEST_FINISHED. (Select Array['foo', 'bar'])
3. TODO_CAST_DOUBLE_TO_INTEGER_TEST_FINISHED and
TODO_COMPARE_BETWEEN_REAL_INTEGER_FINISHED seems to be bugs in CalciteUtils.
