    Build Apache Phoenix from root
    mvn clean install
    
    Start the backend services
    `./bin/traceserver.py start`
    
    Stop the backend services
    `./bin/traceserver.py stop`

    The services can be viewed by accessing the following location
    
    http://localhost:8864/trace?action=get
