Seems like logback gets pulled in via tephra into phoenix-client.jar. A quick
test of excluding logback-classic and logback-core from the tephra-core
dependency gets rid of the logging in sqlline.py.
Need to look at logback again, figure out how logging should actually work and
why we were getting extra logging..
