You can ignore those - I get those on my Mac too. Or you can get a run through 
our build bot as described here: 
https://phoenix.apache.org/contributing.html#Local_Git_workflow. I think you 
have to use the branch name in the patch file name too.

    git format-patch --stdout origin > PHOENIX-{NUMBER}.patch
