Resolution: Duplicate
Duplicate of PHOENIX-2666 which no longer projects only column families unless
an HBase version earlier than 0.98.12 is used. The ColumnProjectionFilter is
still used as it optimizes what gets returned to the client (i.e. prevents
KeyValues only used in WHERE clause from being returned to client).
