[~jamestaylor] - are there any backward compatibility repercussions of this 
change? What would happen to transactional tables that were created with 4.7? 
Will things fail because the old PhoenixTransactionalIndexer co-processor class 
is referring to co.cask.* version of Tephra and the newer one doesn't ? It 
likely will be fine but worth testing I think.
