Fixed, but we'll need to fix PHOENIX-2924 prior to 4.8.0 release. FYI,
[~poornachandra] and [~samarthjain], I verified backward compat between 4.8.0
server with transactional table created in 4.7.0 for both 4.8.0 client and mix
of 4.8.0 and 4.7.0 clients, and all is well. I did find some unrelated issues,
though: PHOENIX-2921, PHOENIX-2923, and PHOENIX-2922.
