[~sergey.soldatov] +1 for your idea. If you have working patch that's great.
One thing you can check is whether you are having all the empty column KVs
properly for all indexes are not. Thanks. One more thing is as part of
PHOENIX-1734 same data table is shared for all local indexes hope it works in
that case as well.
