[~jamestaylor] Please go through the patch attached. I have made changes to
test cases and they are working.
a) Refactored the AsyncImmutableIndexIT to extend BaseHBaseManagedTimeIT
b) AsyncIndexIT still extends BaseTest but fixed the failure
c) For all the tests, included the QueryServicesTestImpl to have
"phoenix.async.index.automatic.build" set to true for all the tests
