[~singamteja] "phoenix.async.index.automatic.build" should be set to false for
IndexToolIT since its running the map reduce index based build.
AsyncImmutableIndexIT. testDeleteFromImmutable and
AsyncIndexAutoBuildIT.testAsyncIndexAutoBuild pass when run individually but
fail while run using mvn install can you see why they are failing?
