The amount of testing we're doing on the RC is really good - thanks
everyone for the diligence. PHOENIX-3149 is probably a showstopper if
you're using local indexes, while PHOENIX-3156 is a showstopper if you're
using DISTINCT. It's hard to judge when it's good enough. It's definitely
better than 4.7, though.
