Looking at the official 4.8.0-rc2 (source) release artifacts, I'm noticing that
sqlline isn't actually bundled in source form. I think I had assumed we had
copied some scripts, but that does not appear to be the case.
We can drop this LICENSE entry for Sqlline.
Not a blocker for 4.8.0 (but still unnecessary and incorrect to include)
