Thanks for the review, [~jamestaylor]. Attached is the updated patch with tests
added in UpgradeIT. I was also able to add a test for the concurrent upgrade
scenario where an UpgradeInProgress exception is thrown. I also brought back
the "do not upgrade" property since we do not want our server side code to
unintentionally trigger upgrade when the autoupgrade property is set to true.
