By default hive is using hive.exec.submit.local.task.via.child as true. In this
case all MR tasks are running in separate processes and in this case NPE is
thrown from PhoenixStorageHandler.getTableKeyOfSession. The reason is that in
new process the SessionState returns null and method is unable to build key for
session. We need to pass session id through jobConf.
