A good catch, [~lomoree]! It happens when we are trying to resolve a table name
and if we can't find a table name we'll try resolving it as a sequence. I did
it as walk-around at the time for the resolving sequence part. Think it's time
to switch to a call to the Phoenix interface for sequence resolving.
