bq. One note - you brought REBUILD_INDEXES constant in the patch. Looks like a 
part of another fix.
Yes, it is a part of PHOENIX-3161 which is also now committed. uploaded v2 with 
the same and fix for UnionAllIT test.

Thanks [~sergey.soldatov] for the review, committed v2 in 4.8, 4.x branches and 
master.
