Hi James, I have gone through the references you provided and set up my dev environment. However, I am seeing some code issues in eclipse - Getting 'PhoenixSQLParser cannot be resolved to a type' error in org.apache.phoenix.parse.SQLParser. Though I've pulled the latest copy I'm not sure, why I am seeing this. trying to resolve this issue.
I just want to know, once I setup my environment ready - Can I go ahead and start working on any newbie JIRA and provide a patch? Do I need to assign the JIRA to me? Please provide me any other links that shows the steps to be followed to contribute, once the dev environment is setup.
