[~sergey.soldatov] I found memory leak case in
PhonixPredicateDecomposerManager. to solve this issue, i think there is no need
to keep a map that holds predicate-decomposer, and just decompose predicate
again in input format.
please check PHOENIX-3416 and give me your opinion.
