[~jmahonin] Congratulations! That's awesome! 
Your suggestion on passing the tenantId to the outConfig worked - that's what I 
was missing. I was only passing tenantId to the partitionConfig. Thanks for 
that!

I should have a cleaned up version of this sometime today or this weekend. 
Hopefully a patch will be ready soon!
