Ping [~maryannxue] [~jamestaylor]. Here is the patch fixes some issues with
split keys and replaced bind variables in SPLIT ON clause with actual split
keys. There are some test cases like has complex split keys.
*SkipScanAfterManualSplitIT*
*SkipScanBigFilterTest*
Need to check any other tests passing the complex split keys to BaseTest
methods.
