Large aggregate queries timeout in Phoenix, even with our renew lease code in
place. The only workaround is to increase the RPC timeout to be really high
which is not such a good idea. It's quite possible HBASE-18000 is the root
cause. Would it be possible to test that theory on master (i.e. with HBase 1.3
plus the patch for HBASE-18000), [~samarthjain] & [~mujtabachohan]?
