If you mean by option 1 can we support a REVOKE syntax which doesn't specify a 
specific set of permissions, meaning therefore revoke them all, I think that 
would be ok. At some future time we could theoretically support your option 2, 
so let's make sure we don't make a decision now that prevents that later.
