These failures don’t look related to transactions, but it’s a good point that
the transaction related test will fail too until a Tephra release. Not sure why
we’re not seeing those failures too.
Not sure what the best course of action is wrt reverting versus keeping. We’d
need to fix before releasing, of course. If we keep, there’s some overhead in
keeping the branch in sync, but I wouldn’t expect conflicts between branches.
