This will require writing/augmenting a coprocessor that will add Omid's shadow
cells to the index updates once the transaction successfully committed.
Originally I meant to the index creation from a non empty data table and not to
the index update. For global index, the population is done at the client side
and for local it is done at the server side.
Could you please refer me to this code? We also have problem with the shadow
cells in this case.
