Got a report from some users about extra dependencies being included inside the
phoenix-core jar. I was a little confused about this, but, sure enough, it's
happening.
Seems like this was done a very long time ago, but I'm not sure that it's
really something we want to do since there is a dedicated phoenix-client jar
now..
