As part of my research into Phoenix Query Execution Lifecycle I made a document
I think the community may want to add to the project. I've attached a draft
document and related images. I'm considering adding a "Developer" section to
the resources Apache Phoenix page and adding a link to the document. Also
looking for feedback on the document.
