This might be a side effect of
[PHOENIX-2365|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-2365].
Since we are not packaging all dependencies in Pherf lib now (even for
standalone executions), passing dependency jars in class-path is a must.
Current pherf-standalone.py script doesn't pass hbase classpath to Pherf
execution causing java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError issues.
Also, there is a minor bug in phoenix_utils.py because of which phoenix client
jar is also not added in the classpath.
