Description:
WhereConstantParser should be in the util package rather than coprocessor.
We should also refactor, remove anonymous classes, etc. in BaseResultIterators,
MutatingResultIteratorFactory, UpsertCompiler, etc.
Also need to add unit tests for all these classes.
