In PHOENIX-5794 I have implemented a threshold for non async index creation.
It is important to update the documentation to make this improvement useful for
Phoenix users.
We can populate indexes by using the following command
{code:java}
hbase org.apache.phoenix.mapreduce.index.automation.PhoenixMRJobSubmitter{code}
It is not mentioned in the documentation, although it could be useful.
