We need to update several things in the hive connectors docs
- Building from connectors repo
- Optionally setting Hbase/Hadoop versions while building
- How the included HBase connector in 3.1.2 is ancient and incompatbile with
Phoenix
- How to replace HBase in Hive (which kills HBase connector)
- need to add the new hbase-zookeeper.jar as well
- HIVE_AUX_JARS_PATH is a DIRCETORY, where only the connector can be present
- internal tables are not supported with Hive 3
