As discussed on the the dev list, being able to build and use Phoenix on HBase
2.x on Hadoop 2.x would be a desirable.
This probably would require adding additional maven profiles to handle the
different Hadoop versions during the build and test phases, modelled after the
HBase hadoop profiles.
