Description: Change detection capture will need to internally convert Cells
read from HBase replication (supplemented by an external schema id annotated to
the WALEdit) and convert that data to Avro messages based on that table's Avro
schema. (was: Change detection capture will need to be able to consume
messages based on the generic Avro schema (which looks like an HBase WALEdit)
and produce messages based on the schema of a specific Phoenix table or view
(such as those generated by the schema service in PHOENIX-5443))
