We have implemented conversionsions in  getObject() setObject() JDBC 4.2 API 
for the temporal types.
The initial impelementation does not support the full range of type conversions 
for non-temporal types specified in the JDBC 4.2 spec.

Review the implementation, and implement every conversion from the spec that is
