Description: It seems like sometime during the refactors, we have broken
the shading, particularly the exclusions / provided settings. (was: The shaded
Spark2 connector is 136 MB, because it includes the Hadoop and HBase libraries.
Exclude those, and use the same shading that the Spark3 connector does.)
