The commons-beanutils coming from Hadoop3 is a lie.
Currently we exclude it from Omid, and use the Hadoop version.
Switch this around, so that we take the dependency from Omid, which does use it.
We may or may not want to dependencyManage it in Phoenix, but I lean towards
not, and
fixing any possible future CVEs in Omid releases.
