Description:
This is similar to phoenix-client-embedded, but omits code in
phoenix-coprocessors, and its transitive hbase server dependencies.
This should behave identically to phoenix-client-embedded when used as a JDBC
driver (but cannot be used for MR jobs)
Still not very lite, but is only ~120MB, instead ~145MB.
