Omid currently lets you set the interface to be registered in ZK, and tries to
pick an address from that interface.
However, this doesn't let you pick the exact address, and the one Omid picks is
not guaranteed to be reachable from the rest of the cluster. (The interface may
have a number of IPv4 and/or IPv6 adresses that satisfy Omid's criteria, and
omid picks the first one)
Add a configuration option to set the address to be set in ZK explicitly.
