Fix For: 5.2.0
The new two global secondary index features, uncovered indexes and partial
indexes, have been committed to the master branch and will be released as part
of the upcoming 5.2.0 release. The [web page for secondary
indexes|https://phoenix.apache.org/secondary_indexing.html] should be updated
with these new features.
