In PHOENIX-6883, we validate LAST_DDL_TIMESTAMPS for PTables used in queries or
upserts. We should do this only for entities present in SYSTEM.CATALOG i.e.
PTableType is one of TABLE, VIEW, INDEX or SYSTEM.
