twine check fails with
{code:java}
ERROR `long_description` has syntax errors in markup and would not be
rendered on PyPI.
line 36: Error: Unexpected indentation.{code}
Also add steps to RELEASING.rst to upload package to test-PYPI to check these
while preparing the RC
