We have disabled TransformToolIT.testInvalidRowsWithTableLevelMaxLookback() for
HBase 2.6+ because it hangs.
Something in HBase 2.6+ cannot handle that the clock is stopped via
EnvirementEdgeManager.
Figure out the root cause, and get
TransformToolIT.testInvalidRowsWithTableLevelMaxLookback() working with HBase
2.6+.
