We should run BackwardCompatibility*IT with Hbase 5.2.
Simpl adding 5.2 to compatible_client_versions.json is not enough, we also need
to make sure that sqlline gets added to the classpath, as we've removed
phoenix-client-hbase* in 5.2, and only have phoenix-client-embedded-* .
