The connectors repo is stuck using and old checkstyle plugin because the
checkstyle config in it is not compatible with newer checkstyle versions.
Assuming that its checkstyle config is identical to what we had previously in
phoenix (core), we can solve this by copying every checkstyle-related config
from the main repo.
