In TableTTLIT, testMinorCompactionShouldNotRetainCellsWhenMaxLookbackIsDisabled
fails 90% of times on my workstation. On debugging, I found that the test fails
when multiple updates happen to the same row within the same millisecond. When
this happens, the latest update simply overwrites the cells of the previous
update. This breaks the test.
